Two Girls!
So this will be my first post about both our girls…first last Saturday, December 18, was the 2 year anniversary of Elise’s Gotcha Day. We had a few gifts and planned on going to Zander’s, a Vietnamese restaurant, but my cold/sinus infection/general yuckiness kept us at home. We do have some video to compare how much Elise has grown over the two years. A vibrant two and a half year old is a little different from a quiet 6 month old.

Now, December 18, 2010:
Then today, we went for our 20 week sonogram and found out we are having a girl. Elise has said that it’s a girl all along, so I guess she knew something we didn’t. We are going to name this new little one Maggie Lynn, and the sonogram showed that everything looks great for Maggie. The sonogram also showed that Maggie measures 20 weeks 6 days and about 14 ounces which is average and great news for my nervous self (Scott was 10 and 1/2 lbs). We didn’t always know what we were looking at, but we got some pictures that are recognizable – a profile and a foot. We still have a lot of home projects to do, but we are halfway there to welcoming Maggie home.
